Job Summary
Conduct cable transport, pulling, and jointing supervision for infrastructure and network expansion projects. Ensure access routes and cable pits meet NKT specifications while overseeing the installation of splice pits, shafts, and fiber optic connections. Coordinate with civil construction supervisors regarding backfilling and site restoration after cable deployment. This role supports the Transport & Urban Spaces department within a medium-sized family engineering firm driving the energy transition. Candidates must possess a civil engineering degree, experience in cable laying, and fluent German (C1). Full-time employment requires Class B driver's license and willingness to travel for project work.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Tiefbau oder Bauingenieurwesen
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Kabelverlegung, Kabeleinzug und Muffenmontage
- Fähigkeit zur Koordination und Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
- Kenntnisse und Nutzung von relevanten Normen und Vorschriften (z. B. HSSE-Standards, Anforderungen des Planfeststellungsbeschlusses)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
- Reisebereitschaft durch Projektarbeit
- Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
