Job Summary
Execute foundation work for heat pumps including excavation, drainage, and assembly of prefabricated building blocks. Perform core hole drilling to connect indoor and outdoor units. Collaborate within a fixed pre-construction team of two construction professionals and one electrician. Install piping and prepare the site for final installation. Utilize a service tablet for all documentation to avoid paper clutter. Maintain a clean work environment while adhering to team standards. No subcontractor chaos or large-scale construction messes. Requirements include a background in masonry, deep construction, or general building, a Class B driver's license, and minimum B1 German proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung im Bereich Maurer, Tiefbau, GaLaBau, Straßenbau, Betonbau oder Erfahrung als erfahrener Bauhelfer
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Deutschkenntnisse mindestens B1
