Job Summary
Organize and lead complex construction projects in commercial, industrial, and residential sectors from preparatory work through final accounting. Monitor and optimize construction schedules and costs continuously. Manage large-scale sites with a focus on quality and cost awareness while maintaining high client orientation. Requires a completed construction foreman training or engineering degree with several years of experience. Full-time position with attractive conditions and opportunities for permanent employment.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauführer (TS/HF) oder Bauingenieur FH
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Selbständige Organisation und Führung von anspruchsvollen, grossen Baustellen im Gewerbe-, Industrie- und Wohnungsbau von der Arbeitsvorbereitung bis zur Schlussabrechnung
- Laufende Überwachung und Optimierung des Bauablaufes und der Kosten
