Job Summary
Own end-to-end photography and execute all content shoots, collaborating cross-functionally with creative, digital, product, and channel teams to deliver assets optimized for social, digital, retail, and paid channels. Perform image processing with re-touch capabilities while maintaining strict quality control standards and adhering to the Bauer Hockey style guide. Manage studio equipment and assist on editorial, creative marketing, and ad hoc projects as required. Support roster management of content sourcing photographers and stay current on industry tools and best practices. Operate out of the Exeter, NH office with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant field experience in sports industry with commercial, brand or in-house photography
- Advanced knowledge of photography, lighting, Adobe Suite, color treatment and photo editing
- Team player with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker who problem solves and able to process high volumes of workflow
- Ability to influence on-set decision making - i.e., pace setting, model positioning & model expression
- Direct experience producing work for sport, lifestyle, performance, or culturally-driven consumer brands
- familiarity with athlete-driven content and emerging tools (including AI)
- Operate out of Exeter, NH office (in-house studio location)

- relevant knowledge of hockey, hockey culture/lifestyle, fashion and general sports photography
