Job Summary
Conduct independent tasks including shell construction, concrete pouring, and steel reinforcement on small-scale renovation and new build projects. Execute general high-rise construction work and environmental tasks while supporting the team on diverse job sites. Requires mandatory experience in new construction or renovations at the level of a qualified construction worker B, alongside physical stamina and manual dexterity. Fluency in German is essential, with Italian or Portuguese being an asset. A Category B driver's license is advantageous for remote storage access.
Required Qualifications
- Gute Berufserfahrung im Neu- oder Umbau
- Ausbildung oder Erfahrung mindestens auf Niveau Bauarbeiter B
- Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Gute körperliche Belastbarkeit
- handwerkliches Geschick
- Verständnis von Baustellendeutsch, Italienisch oder Portugiesisch
