Job Summary
Conduct independent billing for construction sites in deep and road construction. Create volume determinations and bill of quantities during the offer phase. Assemble billing statements for interim and final invoices. Review subcontractor and supplier invoices while performing planned-actual comparisons. Identify and address change order potential and support site leadership. This role offers direct access to the Planning & Digitalization (BIM) team within a family-owned construction group with over 100 years of history.
Required Qualifications
- Abschluss als Bautechniker, geprüfter Polier, Handwerksmeister, Bauingenieur (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
Desired Qualifications
- Berufserfahrung im Tiefbau
- vertiefte Kenntnisse in der VOB Teil B und C
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Kenntnisse in Abrechnungsprogrammen (BRZ, ISL Kocher, AutoCAD)
- Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Rovern
- Zuverlässigkeit
