Bau- und Projektleiter Hochbau (m/w/d) am Standort Berlin und Karlsruhe

Oversee construction execution according to plans, contracts, and regulations while ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, quality, and safety standards. Manage defect resolution, documentation, and acceptance inspections; review quantity surveys, invoices, and change orders. Coordinate all construction stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for the client. Organize and document site meetings. Support the project team with site surveys, condition assessments, tendering, estimation, and detailed planning. Requires five years of high-rise construction experience, preferably in renovation, plus a degree in civil engineering or architecture. Fluency in German and strong communication skills are essential. Located in Berlin and Karlsruhe with flexible working models including remote options.
