Job Summary
Lead construction projects managing teams to achieve execution targets, schedule adherence, and cost optimization. Directly oversee site operations including AVOR, material logistics, workforce allocation, quality and cost control, and billing. Apply specialized knowledge in drywall and ceiling linings while utilizing SORBA software for documentation. Collaborate directly with project managers, clients, and partners from day one. Located in the Basel region with a flat hierarchy and bonus model.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bau- und Projektleitung
- Führung von Teams
- Mehrjähriges, vertieftes Fachwissen in den Bereichen Trockenbau und Deckenverkleidungen
- Abgeschlossene Lehre EFZ
- Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
