Job Summary
Maintain and update sanction lists within IBM SaaS Firco across branches, analyzing hit results to develop suppression rules that improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with bank staff to plan daily list and rule update processes, then document and transfer operational knowledge to newly hired permanent staff. This role supports business-as-usual operations for the banking industry, requiring proficiency in FIRCO utility tools, English communication, and collaboration within a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of three years' hands-on experience with daily sanction list updates, the FIRCO system (including Utility tools), and analyzing hit results to create suppression rules
- Business-level proficiency in English, with strong skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting using PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Experience working with or coordinating alongside Japanese companies
- Capability to deliver training sessions and effectively transfer knowledge to others
