Job Summary
Define BMS test plans and specifications aligned with project development and system requirements. Execute functional and durability testing on HiL test benches, developing automation programs and analyzing data to debug defects with developers. Collaborate with global system, hardware, and software teams to clarify requirements, synchronize progress, and complete the V-Model process. Create and release test reports while adhering to version control methodologies. Master degree in electrical or electronic engineering required with minimum 3 years BMS functional test experience. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in CANoe, ETAS tools, and HiL bench programming, alongside skills in C, Python, or CAPL.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in electrical or electronic engineering
- Min 3 years BMS functional test
- Independent responsible for BMS test
- HiL bench programming
- BMS application software developing
- Familiar with BMS core functions and control strategies
- Solid knowledge of test procedures and case design methodologies, also the version control
- Skilled in using CANoe, ETAS tools, familiar with CAN protocol
- Familiar with HiL test bench, capable of automation test programming
- Basic knowledge of hardware schematic understanding
- Basic knowledge of programming language (e.g C, Python, CAPL)
- BMS hardware architecture
- BMS software architecture
- MATLAB/Simulink
- English written and spoken
- Good communication skills
- Willing to take responsibility, and able to adapt to fast iteration rhythm
