Job Summary
Define BMS test strategy and specifications covering state machine, protection logic, and fault diagnostics. Execute system integration and durability tests on HiL benches using automation programs, then analyze data and create release reports. Collaborate with global system, hardware, and software teams to clarify requirements, synchronize progress, and debug issues while adhering to the V-Model. Master degree in electrical or electronic engineering required with minimum 3 years BMS test or VCU experience. Proficiency in HiL bench tools like ETAS and CANoe, plus automation programming in C, Python, or CAPL is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in electrical or electronic engineering
- Min 3 years BMS test or development experience (or VCU)
- Familiar with BMS core functions
- Solid knowledge of test procedures and case design methodologies, also version control
- Familiar with HiL test bench, capable of automation test programming
- Skilled in using test tools (e.g. CANoe, ETAS), familiar with CAN protocol
- Basic knowledge of hardware schematic, programming language (e.g C, Python, CAPL), Matlab/Simulink
- English written and spoken
- Good communication skills
- Willing to take responsibility, and able to adapt to fast iteration rhythm
