Job Summary

Battery Repair Manager needed to lead battery diagnostics and repair operations for Eco Battery. You will oversee the diagnosis, repair, refurbishment, and testing of returned lithium battery systems, lead a team of LiPo4 Battery Repair Technicians, drive root cause analysis to identify recurring failures, and implement corrective actions to reduce warranty costs and improve product reliability. responsibilities include coaching and developing technicians, establishing performance expectations and quality standards, ensuring safety and compliance with lithium battery handling, and collaborating with Engineering, Product Development, and Quality teams to develop repair procedures, testing methods, and process improvements. Strong knowledge of lithium battery construction, BMS, electrical diagnostics, and the ability to read wiring diagrams and use diagnostic equipment are essential. You will monitor KPIs such as repair turnaround time, first-pass repair success rate, and warranty cost reduction, while managing repair parts inventory and coordinating with Purchasing and Warehouse teams. Required Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electronics, Automotive Technology, Electrical Systems, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in battery repair, electronics repair, automotive diagnostics, or related technical fields
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience working with lithium battery systems preferred
  • Strong understanding of lithium battery construction, operation, and safety
  • Knowledge of Battery Management Systems (BMS), electrical diagnostics, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Experience using multimeters, battery analyzers, and diagnostic equipment
  • Understanding of root cause analysis methodologies and quality systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
