Job Summary
Battery Hub Manager responsible for the overall operation of the distribution center, championing safety initiatives, coaching direct and indirect reports, maintaining inventory and managing budgets; leads a large team (70+ associates) in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, partners with sales and customer service to ensure top-tier service, oversees compliance (Hazardous Materials/DOT/OSHA) and drives continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years DC General Manager experience
- Bachelor Degree in Business or related preferred
- Warehouse Management Systems WMS knowledge and experience
- Warehouse material flow and profiling experience
- Experience leading process change and implementation
- Experience in a high SKU count business and facility operation
- Strong attention to detail, great communication skills, analytical ability to improve processes and business outcomes
- Ability to motivate a dynamic team
- Prior experience with sales and customer interaction a plus
