Job Summary
As a Bathtub Repair Technician, you will complete small repairs on bathtubs, showers, countertops, and other hard surfaces by employing your creativity and problem-solving skills. Daily tasks involve visiting job sites to perform repairs, using outstanding customer service to communicate with clients, and keeping detailed progress notes in the CRM tool. Familiarity with bathtub building materials, especially fiberglass, gel coat, enameled steel, and acrylic, is important. This role does not require overtime, nights, or weekends and offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and a supportive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Practical experience with a hands-on trade such as construction, manufacturing, or painting
- Maintenance experience is beneficial but not mandatory
