Job Summary
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by guiding customers through their bathroom renovation journey from initial consultation to final sale. Conduct customer consultations, provide product recommendations, prepare quotations, and manage leads to maximize conversion rates. Deliver an excellent customer experience while building strong relationships and maintaining high showroom standards. Work closely with design and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. Keep up to date with industry trends and products. Full-time role with uncapped commission and performance bonuses in Dublin 15.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales management or senior sales role
- Ideally within bathrooms, kitchens, interiors, or home improvement
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident, professional, and target-driven
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
