Job Summary
Bathroom Remodeling Trainee role performing residential remodel installations: load materials and trucks, travel to customers, demo existing bath/shower, install new tub or pan and wall surrounds, update plumbing if needed, clean up thoroughly, and collect paperwork/payment. Paid training with full benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, HSA with company contributions, PTO/holidays, referral program, and ongoing professional development. Start around 6:30 AM from Akron/Cleveland-area warehouse with Monday–Friday schedule; compensation approximately $18 per hour with potential to $22 depending on experience and location; must have carpentry/remodeling/plumbing/construction experience or a strong willingness to learn, basic hand and power tool skills, valid driver’s license, and a smartphone for company systems.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn!
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
