Job Summary
Assist Lead Installers with bathtub and shower replacement projects, learning to install acrylic bathtubs, shower systems, wall surrounds, and accessories. Safely remove existing tubs and showers, then prepare job sites by protecting customers' homes and maintaining a clean workspace. Load, unload, and transport materials, measure and cut supplies under supervision, and operate hand and power tools while following all safety procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with homeowners and keep company vehicles and equipment organized. Develop installation skills through hands-on training and mentorship. Work Monday to Friday with potential for overtime, with a starting hourly rate between $18.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest in construction and home improvement
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs
- Good math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
