Job Summary
Assist lead installers with bathtub and shower replacement projects by safely removing existing units and measuring, cutting, and installing new acrylic bathtubs, shower systems, wall surrounds, and accessories. Operate hand and power tools effectively while loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from job sites. Prepare work areas by protecting customer homes and maintaining clean, organized spaces, ensuring a safe environment through adherence to company safety procedures. Provide professional communication with homeowners and keep vehicles and equipment clean. Work Monday through Friday with potential overtime, developing skills through hands-on training and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest in construction and home improvement
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs
- Good math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
