Job Summary
Remodel bathrooms and showers in customers' homes by following the Installer's directions, quality guidelines, and safety protocols. Identify house specs, review scopes of work, and ensure all installation checklists are completed. Provide direct customer service to homeowners to ensure satisfaction. Clean up job sites, store equipment properly in the vehicle, and stage jobs to load vans for the next day. Work on Install certification while being coached by the main Installer. First shift with overtime; $18/hour plus monthly incentives. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass background check
- Valid drivers' license
- Willingness to learn and retain the production methods and Company policies
- Verbal, written, and mathematical capabilities equivalent to a high school graduate
- Dependable
- Detail oriented
- Good Customer relations and skills
- Solid Carpentry Skills
- basic hand tool knowledge
- Ability to perform the essential physical requirements of the position
- Ability to work extended hours
- Must be Authorized to Work in the US
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must want to learn and develop into roles with greater responsibility and pay
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds or more
- Must be a team player
- Must be safety conscious at all times
- Must be able to help produce quality work
- Must maintain a phenomenal attendance record and be on time
- Must work well with others, as a team, and keep a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
