Job Summary
Assist experienced installers with residential bathroom remodeling projects, specializing in acrylic bath and shower systems. Learn to safely remove existing tubs, showers, and surrounding materials while measuring, cutting, and installing wall systems, tubs, shower bases, trim, and accessories under supervision. Prepare work areas by protecting customer homes and ensure a clean, organized job site. Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites. Operate hand and power tools safely while following company safety standards. Assist with basic plumbing adjustments, carpentry, and finishing work as directed by the lead installer. Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service throughout each project. Attend training sessions and actively develop the skills needed to become a skilled bathroom installer. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest in construction and home improvement
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs
- Good math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
