Job Summary
This role is for experienced, confident craftsmen who take pride in their work. Strong experience in carpentry and finish carpentry, drywall repair and installation, interior painting, doors/windows/trim, minor plumbing/fixtures, tile work, framing and structural repairs, and home remodeling/restoration. The company provides payroll taxes, insurance, and workers comp; schedules and lead generation/office support are handled so you can focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. Weekly pay structure rewards efficiency with earnings potential and bonuses for upsells, reviews, and zero-rework performance. Full schedule provided daily; W-2 employment with regular Friday pay. Proven communication with customers and a professional approach are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years residential repair and remodeling experience
- Reliable work vehicle (truck or van)
- Professional-grade tools
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
- Dependability, punctuality, and clear communication
