Job Summary
Demolish existing bath and shower systems, install remodeling systems, and perform finish carpentry and basic plumbing to complete high-quality projects in customers' homes. Adhere to company quality standards, maintain clean and safe jobsites, and communicate professionally with homeowners and management throughout the project lifecycle. Upload completion photos and job updates while taking ownership of the finished product and customer experience. This full-time, Monday–Friday role provides a clear career path from installer to installation manager with competitive pay, bonuses, and provided tools and travel accommodations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of construction, remodeling, or home improvement experience
- Plumbing and/or carpentry experience
- Acrylic shower and bath installation experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Professional attitude when working in customers' homes
