Job Summary
Install bath and shower remodeling systems in customer homes; perform finish carpentry and basic plumbing as needed; maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites; communicate with customers throughout the installation; upload completion photos and job updates; grow into Lead Installer and Installation Manager roles. Requires 1+ years of construction/home improvement experience; plumbing/carpentry experience preferred; valid driver’s license; ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening. Company-provided box truck, tools/materials/gas; OT opportunities; Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends; benefits after 60 days; remote not applicable for this role.
