Job Summary
Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers' remodeling needs and present customized bathroom solutions. Run two pre-qualified appointments daily, guiding clients through the sales process while setting clear expectations and closing deals. Attend two in-person sales meetings monthly to support team success. Requires two years of in-home or outside sales experience, a valid driver's license, and availability for three Saturdays per month. Compensation is 100% commission-based with annual earning potential of $125,000–$300,000+ and monthly performance bonuses. Required Qualifications
