Job Summary
Conduct in-home consultations and assess customers' remodeling needs while building rapport to present customized bathroom solutions. Run two pre-qualified appointments daily and guide clients through the sales process to close deals with clear expectations. Attend two monthly in-person sales meetings and support team success while maintaining high professional standards. Requires two years of in-home or outside sales experience, a valid driver's license, and availability for three Saturdays monthly. Full-time role with 100% commission-based compensation and a two-week paid training program.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of in-home or outside sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Available to work at least three Saturdays per month
