Job Summary
Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers' remodeling needs and present customized bathroom solutions. Run two pre-qualified appointments daily, guide clients through the sales process, and close deals while maintaining high professional standards. Attend monthly in-person sales meetings to support team success. Requires two years of outside sales experience, a valid driver's license, and availability for three Saturdays monthly. Full-time role with 100% commission structure and training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of in-home or outside sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Available to work at least three Saturdays per month
