Job Summary
Present and sell Luxury Bath NJPA's industry-leading bathroom remodeling products and services to homeowners throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Focus on closing deals using high-quality, pre-qualified leads rather than prospecting, while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Achieve and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment as a 1099 independent contractor on a fully commission-based pay structure with no cold calling required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in an outside sales role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated growth mindset
- Drive to achieve high earnings
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within New Jersey and Pennsylvania
