Job Summary
Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers' remodeling needs and present customized bathroom solutions. Run two pre-qualified appointments daily, guiding clients through the sales process while setting clear expectations and closing deals. Attend two in-person sales meetings monthly to support team success. Requires two years of outside sales experience, a valid driver's license, and comfort with CRM systems. Full-time role with five days per week, including three Saturdays monthly. Pre-qualified leads provided by an established home remodeling company with industry-leading training.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of in-home or outside sales experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Available to work at least three Saturdays per month
