Job Summary
Greet guests with an appropriate greeting, open bathroom doors upon arrival and departures, and escort them to the correct restroom. Maintain restroom and exterior hall cleanliness by regularly cleaning mirrors, toilets, floors, and trash bins, while replacing low supplies such as paper towels and toilet tissue. Monitor counters for excess water, clean spills immediately, and ensure "Wet Floor" signage is displayed during cleaning hours. Assist guests with inquiries, take notes if necessary, and notify management of broken fixtures or maintenance issues. Move furniture as directed and update the daily order sheet. Perform regular inspections to ensure bathrooms are functional before, during, and after operational hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year bathroom attendant experience preferred
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge preferred
- Ability to write, read, and verbally communicate
- Must have good positive energy throughout the day
- Must be able to print legibly for Team Members, management, and guests to read
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to move quickly
- Must be able to push and lift up to 75 lbs. with or without assistance
- Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
- Must be effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
