Support professional groomers by assisting with appointments and providing extra hands when needed. Develop familiarity with grooming products, tools, and techniques to ensure pets return clean, healthy, and comfortable. Utilize approved restraint techniques and PPE while following safety protocols to maintain a secure environment. Book appointments, record services, and invoice using kennel software. Consult with pet parents regarding services and advise on care based on their dog's condition. Maintain a clean, disinfected workspace and perform facility duties such as laundry and monitoring play spaces as needed.
