Job Summary
Bath Fitter is seeking a skilled Installer / Remodeling Technician to join our installation team. The role involves travelling to customer homes to complete professional installations of bathtub liners, wall systems, fixtures, and trim, followed by detailed finishing work such as caulking and sealing. The position requires maintaining a clean, organized company vehicle and job site while delivering high-quality craftsmanship and customer service. Candidates should have carpentry/remodeling experience, with basic plumbing knowledge preferred, and must be able to lift heavy or awkward materials. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening are required. We offer full-time, year-round work with paid training, quarterly bonuses, a company vehicle and tools, health insurance, and a 401(k). Average earnings are $85,000+ per year, with top performers earning up to $100,000+ per year.
Required Qualifications
