Job Summary
Bath Installer/Remodeling Technician for Bath Fitter performing on-site installations of bathtub liners, wall systems, fixtures, and trim. Travel to customer homes, maintain a clean job site and company vehicle, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship and a great customer experience. Requires carpentry/remodeling experience (and basic plumbing knowledge preferred); ability to lift heavy materials; strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check and drug screening. Compensation includes average earnings around $85,000+ per year with top performers up to $100,000+, full-time year-round work, paid training, bonuses, company vehicle, tools, health insurance, 401(k), and paid holidays/vacation.
Required Qualifications
- Carpentry and/or remodeling experience (required)
- Basic plumbing knowledge preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
