Job Summary
Project Manager to oversee multiple kitchen and bathroom remodels across Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Coordinate and execute on-site remodeling projects, manage subcontractors, materials, schedules, and client communication; read blueprints and translate scopes into actionable plans; maintain proactive communication with homeowners; use CRM/construction management tools to track schedules, budgets, and documentation; conduct final walkthroughs and ensure punch list items are completed. Requires 10+ years of residential remodeling experience, bilingual English/Spanish, strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes, and ability to read blueprints with field measurements. Field-based with daily travel to active job sites; supervision and leadership across crews and office staff. OSHA certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing residential remodeling projects (kitchen & bath preferred)
- Bilingual – English & Spanish (required)
- Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes (Broward & Palm Beach)
- Ability to read blueprints, take precise field measurements, and manage job documentation
- Proficient in digital project management or CRM tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
