Job Summary
Conduct daily bathing services for residents as scheduled, assisting with grooming, oral care, hair care, and skincare tasks. Support residents with transfers and mobility related to bathing routines while monitoring and reporting skin conditions or health changes to nursing staff. Clean and disinfect bathing areas and equipment per infection control protocols, participate in resident assessments and individualized care planning, and maintain documentation of care provided. Comply with all care policies and provide additional CNA support as needed throughout the unit.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in the state of Nebraska
- Professional, enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and shows initiative in daily work
