Job Summary
Weigh and measure raw materials, operate blending and processing equipment, and monitor temperatures to ensure product quality. Set up, clean, and maintain mixing, brewing, and drying equipment while running automatic and manual Clean-in-Place cycles. Perform in-process quality checks, maintain accurate batch records, and report deviations promptly. Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain workflow efficiency. This rotating shift role begins on the first shift with potential overtime. Forklift certification required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two (2) years of batching experience in a manufacturing and/or bottling environment
- Forklift experience; ability to become company certified
- Ability to follow SOPs, GMPs, and workplace safety requirements
- Basic math and computer skills for production tracking and inventory management
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift, often for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and more with assistance
- Ability to work in hot, humid, wet, and manufacturing environments
- Steel-toed or composite-toe safety shoes
- Hard hat while working in designated production areas
- Rotating shifts
- Initial assignment on first shift
- Overtime availability
