Batching Lead

Lead the team in blending batches of liquids and powders following work orders while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met in the tank farm area. Direct Batch Operators in safe chemical handling, organize materials for finished good production, and train staff on procedures. Perform inventory transactions in SYSPRO to allocate chemicals accurately and safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while strictly following batch sheet instructions and personal protective equipment requirements.
