Job Summary
Stage kits and verify physical ingredients against batch sheets, then collaborate with Quality Assurance to adjust batches based on analytical results like Brix, pH, and color. Accurately document lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates while performing cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers. Operate forklifts to move ingredients and complete hourly inspection sheets, providing status reports during shift handoffs and working with the PM team to ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance. Report non-compliance issues to management and assist in training Batching Operators.
Required Qualifications
- 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
- 4 Years – Experience in Position
- 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects
- Ability to speak effectively with management and employees at all levels
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and/or flexibility to work up to 12 hour shifts, day or night, overtime
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to visually inspect product and materials
- Must have proficient knowledge of Tetra System and the batching flow to production and Plant Master reporting
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job
