Job Summary
As a Batching Blending Technician, you will be responsible for adhering to health and safety policies while ensuring product quality and compliance with food safety standards. Key responsibilities include operating batching/blending equipment, transporting ingredients, verifying ingredient quality, and maintaining sanitation in the production area. Candidates should possess effective communication skills, the ability to lift 50lbs, and work within a fast-paced environment. Experience in beverage production and formal training in relevant areas are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Adhere to health and safety policies
- Compliance with FDA and other regulations
- Certification in batching/blending equipment operations
- Ability to program bulk ingredient delivery system
- Effective communication skills in English
- Forklift certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment
- Formal training in areas such as SAP, HACCP, GMP, Hygiene
