Batch Plant Operator

Operate the COMMAND batching system to prepare concrete batches per mix design and dispatch loads to meet customer requirements. Receive and schedule concrete orders, communicate with drivers for accurate delivery, and monitor incoming materials, payroll, and truck scheduling. Compile production reports, ensure good customer relations, and report operational problems to management. Assist in scheduling personnel, equipment, and raw material deliveries while supporting safety agendas and maintaining plant housekeeping. Work outdoors in an open-air environment at our Independence, MO plant.
