Job Summary
Load proper material into trucks for job delivery, operate plant controls to produce HMAC meeting specifications, and communicate with dispatch and paving crews. Receive incoming material tickets, report issues to foreman or superintendent, and maintain maintenance, housekeeping, and janitorial duties at the facility. Conduct JHA's and toolbox safety meetings, supervise plant crew when needed, and follow all safety procedures. Work days, nights, and weekends with extended hours as required. Must work at heights up to 70', handle hot and cold weather, climb ladders, and lift 50 pounds.
