Batch Plant Loader Operator

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Must be available to work all shifts including days, nights, and/or weekends
• •Must be able to work in conditions with loud noise
• •Must be able to work on/around heavy/moving machinery
• •Must be able to bend, walk, stand and sit for extended time
• •Must be able to use hand tools
• •Must be able to lift objects weighing 80 lb. or more on a regular basis
• •Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• •Must be at least 18 years of age
• •Must have mechanical knowledge of equipment
• •Must be able to perform routine maintenance
• •Must be able to operate equipment
• •Must be able to assist with setup and tear down of plants
• •Must be able to perform general maintenance, repair, and service equipment
• •Must be able to perform general housekeeping of equipment and jobsite
• •Must be able to use a shovel to move material
• •Must be able to perform all duties within safety guidelines set up by M.S.H.A. and company policy
• •Must be able to perform pre-shift inspections on equipment prior to startup
• •Must be able to service and maintain equipment daily
• •Must be able to operate water truck
• •Must be able to operate Gannon tractor
• •Must be able to operate reach lift
• •Must be able to operate areal lift
• •Must be able to maintain site stockpiles
• •Must be able to work materials to provide compliant consistent materials to feed bins on the batch plant
• •Must be able to maintain stockpiles and stockpile floors
• •Must be able to set up batch plant
• •Must be able to perform water and dust control
• •Must be able to perform general plant maintenance
• •Must be able to perform yard clean-up and organization
• •Must be able to obtain access to military bases
• •Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
• •Must be able to pass background check

Desired Qualifications

• •Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
• •Experience working with Concrete Batch Plants preferred
• •CDL preferred
