Batch Operator

Operate the Batch process from identifying materials to mixing them into the melter, while monitoring daily consumption and ensuring correct material loading into silos. Prevent raw material out-of-stock situations and control batch usage according to the schedule. Complete assigned tasks for each shift, daily, weekly, and monthly cycles, and perform machine and equipment maintenance to keep the area in good condition. Collaborate with the Shift Team Leader, Batch Loader, Hot End operators, and MRP personnel to maintain safe physical infrastructure and assets.
