Job Summary
Batch and mix ingredients according to formulas and procedures, while assembling, sanitizing, and maintaining mixing and scaling equipment. Verify ingredient availability and accuracy, perform quality checks to identify product inconsistencies, and maintain inventory traceability with accurate production records. Operate forklifts to move materials and finished products, ensuring all operations follow GMPs, SSOPs, and safety regulations in a wet or humid environment. Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods while working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Pass background check and drug screening.
- Attention to detail and math formulation skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Physically capable of standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and working in wet or humid environments for extended periods.
- Maintain strong safety awareness.
- Follow GMPs, SSOPs, safety regulations, and sanitation standards.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to walk up to 800 ft regularly
- Lift 50 lbs regularly
- Stand 8 hours
