Job Summary
Operate pumps, valves, and a compactor with precision to blend chemicals and pigments according to formula tickets, ensuring consistent batch quality. Perform daily quality checks, maintain a clean workspace, and track inventory while managing automated raw material systems. Handle lifting tasks involving individual paint cans or full cases weighing up to 75 lbs throughout the shift. Requires a high school education, basic computer navigation skills, and SAP experience is a plus. Full-time 2nd shift position at $23.50/hr with quarterly bonuses, 401(k) match, and paid time off. Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in milling pump systems
- Experience in mixing raw materials
- Completed High school education
- Confidence navigating basic computer systems

- Ability to lift with or without reasonable accommodation
