Batch Maker - Night Shift

Manufacture batches according to production formulas and work instructions by accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials such as solvents, resins, and pigments. Operate mixing and production equipment safely and efficiently while completing batch records and monitoring product quality against standard operating procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all company safety, quality, and environmental guidelines while working independently or as part of a team. This night shift role requires the ability to lift 55 lbs, wear required PPE, and speak, read, and write English. Previous manufacturing experience and forklift operation skills are preferred.
