Batch Maker

Operate mixing and blending equipment to produce batches according to specifications and work instructions. Follow batch cards, job tickets, and established production procedures to ensure accurate and efficient operations. Transfer and transport raw materials and finished products using appropriate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Set up, adjust, change over, clean, and maintain production equipment and work areas. Monitor batch quality, collect samples, and submit required documentation to Quality Assurance. Handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators when necessary. Conduct daily inspections of material handling equipment and report maintenance needs. Maintain inventory accuracy by supporting Kanban processes, cycle counts, and stock verification activities. Manage hazardous waste handling, storage, and disposal in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Ensure all materials and products are properly labeled, identified, and stored. Follow all company safety policies, environmental regulations, and housekeeping standards.
