Job Summary
Charge raw materials into mixing containers and follow batch work instructions to manufacture quality products. Monitor and control mixing equipment to ensure batches meet specifications, adjusting under QC guidance until approved. Maintain a safe, clean work area by complying with PPE standards and reporting any hazards immediately to a supervisor. Perform cleanup to company standards and collaborate with the Supervisor on schedule adherence and potential improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50-60 pounds
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate high-speed dispersers and other handling equipment
- Ability to read digital scales
Desired Qualifications
- Chemical manufacturing experience
