Job Summary
Review production batch requirements and follow managers' instructions while collecting and staging raw materials using FIFO. Weigh all raw materials accurately, complete proper documentation, and ensure compliance for batch records. Operate batching equipment including pumps, hoses, and mixers, prioritizing assigned work according to weekly coverage. Adhere strictly to safety guidelines, OSHA, and EPA regulations, and follow standard operating procedures. This role supports Cleanslate's manufacturing and distribution of cleaning and hygiene solutions for institutional, commercial, and retail markets.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of batching experience
- Excellent numerical skills
- Ability to read and interpret instructions
- Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack
- Understanding of OSHA & EPA regulations
- Must follow standard operating procedures (SOP's)
- Must follow all safety guidelines
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Highly dependable
- Organized
- Team player
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual Preferred – (English/Spanish)
- Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of weights and measures and the ability to compare them
