Job Summary
Support the overall operation and performance of the Pedi: Mani: Cure Studio, ensuring highest standards of treatments, guest service, retail, and brand presentation. Act as a key link between the BGA team, the Studio, and the resort to maintain effective communication and reflect the Bastien concept in daily operations. Provide hands-on treatment guidance, recommend products and aftercare, support retail sales, and ensure treatment areas remain clean and professionally presented. Assist with team training, mentoring, and performance to maintain excellent grooming and product knowledge while integrating new employees. Monitor daily targets, stock levels, and product ordering to support commercial and operational performance. Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improving guest satisfaction and overall Studio operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Bastien Therapist
- Strong knowledge of the Bastien Concept and Philosophy
- Excellent treatment and product knowledge
- Strong guest service and retail skills
- Ability to train, mentor and support fellow therapists
- Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills
- High standards of grooming, professionalism and attention to detail
