Job Summary
Secure tickets and credentials for amateur, collegiate, and professional basketball events, and conduct data entry projects using Excel or CSV. Organize prospect lists, scouting documents, and the scouting calendar while utilizing video platforms like Synergy, HUDL, and Hoop 1 to prepare materials for the front office. Assist with meeting preparation, including notetaking and coordinating food and beverages, all while maintaining confidentiality and meeting performance benchmarks. This role supports the Sacramento Kings front office in player personnel, scouting, and analytics projects during the 2026-27 season, requiring flexibility for evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college or have graduated within 12 months
- Able to commute to the downtown Sacramento office
- Able to work up to 25 hours per week
- Flexibility to work unconventional hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of team operations experience is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of amateur, collegiate, and/or professional basketball
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience with video platforms such as Synergy, HUDL, and/or Hoop 1 is preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication techniques
